STORY

Ten50 Grand is a 25-story, 151-unit, luxury condominium tower located in Downtown Los Angeles. Completed in 2016, the residential high-rise was part of the recent rejuvenation of Downtown L.A., and the first of its kind to be completed in the past decade.
