PROJECT
STORY

The Linq Las Vegas was developed in 2014 to integrate several properties owned by Caesars Entertainment on the east side of the Las Vegas strip. The Linq, which features unique retail, dining, and entertainment experiences, was patterned after The Grove in Los Angeles, California (a retail and entertainment complex that Raymond completed in 2002). A main feature of the overall project is a larger version of the London Eye, which at 540-feet high, is now the largest wheel in the world.

Raymond’s façade work on the project totaled approximately 150,000 square-feet and included 23 unique facades, consisting of a variety of material and themes including brick, cast stone, Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC), carved lime plaster, Exterior Insulation and Finishing Systems (EIFS), and decorative metal.
