Raymond Tenant Improvements

Posted February 9, 2023

Raymond has a dedicated Special Projects division that is committed to meeting the critical demands of tenant improvement projects. Tenant improvements are often fast-paced, intricate projects that can involve tight spaces, complex architectural elements, and occupied facilities. This makes safety ever more important, as well a commitment to a lean approach and the highest quality.

A recently completed tenant improvement was a buildout of two floors and 72,000 square feet at Cooley in San Diego.  Raymond completed drywall and framing for Burger Construction. Utilizing an in-house drywall milling machine, Raymond installed large quantities of milled shapes at intricate radius knife edge light coves, columns, perimeter soffits, alcoves, and 90-degree corners. Prefabricating drywall parts provided a path to improved productivity and next level quality finishes.

No matter the scale, Raymond project teams go above and beyond to deliver quality products that exceed expectations. The tenant improvement projects below have recently been awarded for construction quality and excellence.

  • Hermes at South Coast Plaza | WWCCA Project of the Year ‘Interior Retail’ | Raymond completed interior metal stud framing, exterior façade metal stud framing, exterior gypsum board sheathing, interior drywall & GFRG finishing, acoustical batt insulation, and installation of hollow metal door frames for Hirsch Construction.
