Tenant improvements are often fast-paced, intricate projects that can involve tight spaces, complex architectural elements, and occupied facilities. This makes safety ever more important, as well a commitment to a lean approach and the highest quality.
A recently completed tenant improvement was a buildout of two floors and 72,000 square feet at Cooley in San Diego. Raymond completed drywall and framing for Burger Construction. Utilizing an in-house drywall milling machine, Raymond installed large quantities of milled shapes at intricate radius knife edge light coves, columns, perimeter soffits, alcoves, and 90-degree corners. Prefabricating drywall parts provided a path to improved productivity and next level quality finishes.
