Raymond’s Las Vegas region is very proud to partner with W.A. Richardson on the $185 million transformation of Bill’s Gamblin’ Hall, located at the heart of the strip, to the Gansevoort Las Vegas.
Set to open in early 2014 and designed by Las Vegas firm Tandem, the new hotel will feature a Parisian apartment-style theme. The Gansevoort will be the first boutique hotel to come to Las Vegas with 188 guestrooms and 19 suites. The hotel will also feature a 40,000 square-foot casino, redesigned lobby bar, an ultra-lounge, and retail outlets.
Raymond’s scope of work on the project includes interior and exterior framing, exterior sheathing, interior drywall, painting, EIFS, and special finishes.
