Monte Carlo Remodel – Park MGM

The Monte Carlo Remodel project was a transformation of the 22 year old resort into the new Park MGM. Raymond remodeled the property’s 2,700 guestrooms, performing the framing, drywall, taping, and insulation. The 550 million dollar renovation features a 300-room boutique hotel within the hotel, named the NoMad.
